Return and replacement rider costs are paid by the buyer, the seller, or split between them.
- Refunds come from the item amount only. Service and delivery fees aren't refunded.
- Refunds take at least 6 working days to process.
- Cancel before delivery and 3% of the item amount is deducted. Half of that goes to the seller as a cancellation cushion.

What is Konkon Live?
Konkon Live is the web app for buying and selling on Konkon, at live.konkon.ng. The main konkon.ng site remains our home for information about the company.
What can I buy or sell?
Fairly-used furniture and appliances: sofas, fridges, wardrobes, washing machines and more.
How does SafeLink escrow work?
When you pay, the money is held in escrow instead of going straight to the seller. Once the item reaches you and you confirm with your delivery code, the payment is released.
What if the item isn't what was listed?
Open a dispute. You can report a wrong item, an item that never arrived, a broken or faulty item, or a handoff delay of more than three days. The outcome is a return and refund, a return and replacement, or lost in transit.
Can I cancel an order?
Yes, before delivery. 3% of the item amount is deducted, and half of that goes to the seller as a cancellation cushion.
